制定个人专业发展规划是提升教师专业发展自觉性和能动性的有力措施。教师要想有效地实现专业发展,必须制定切实可行的个人专业发展规划。中小学教师在制定个人专业发展规划时应注意以下几个问题。一、标题要明确标题要明确,是指拟定规划的标题和规划的内容相一致。如果制定的是三年规划,《个人专业发展三年规划(某年至某年)》就比较合适;如果制定的是一年的计划,《个人专业发展年度目标及行动计划》就比较恰当。若以《教师发展规划》《教师专业发展目标》做标题就不够明确。二、内容要具体内容具体,是指专业发展规划的现状分析、目标制定、发展措施要有针对性,符合自身实际。1.不能泛泛分析现状,应突显自己的个性
