目的探讨槐米芦丁对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型的保护作用。方法一次性注射150mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ),建立Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型,动物分为空白组,损伤组,阳性对照组(消渴丸),芦丁保护组,采用连续28d灌胃给药法,通过测定血糖、体重、脏器指数,血清生化指标总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG),抗氧化指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,氧化损伤指标丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究STZ对小鼠模型的损伤程度及芦丁的保护作用。结果槐米中提取的芦丁能够显著降低模型血糖,改善小鼠体重下降的趋势,降低血清中TC、TG的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),增强心、肝、肾的SOD活性(P<0.05),降低心、肝、肾中MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论槐米芦丁能够增强Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的抗氧化能力,改善糖尿病小鼠的糖脂代谢,对糖尿病小鼠有较好的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Sophora japonica L. on type 2 diabetic mice. Methods The model of type 2 diabetic mice was established by injecting 150mg / kg streptozotocin (STZ) once a day. The animals were divided into blank group, injury group, positive control group (Xiaoke Pill) and rutin protection group, By intragastric administration, blood glucose, body weight, organ index, serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), antioxidant index of superoxide dismutase (SOD) The content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the damage degree of STZ in mice and the protective effect of rutin were studied. Results Rutin extracted from S. japonicum could significantly decrease the blood glucose of model mice, reduce the body weight of mice, lower the levels of TC and TG (P <0.01, P <0.05), and increase SOD activity in heart, liver and kidney P <0.05), reduce heart, liver and kidney MDA content (P <0.05). Conclusion Sophorin rutin can enhance the anti-oxidation ability of type 2 diabetic mice and improve the glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice, which has a good protective effect on diabetic mice.
