目的:通过对无器质性心脏病而有室性早搏的儿童进行平板运动试验,来判断其性质,为临床是否应用抗心律失常药物提供依据。方法:对50例有室性早搏的儿童先在静止状态下做12 min的心电图并记录,然后进行平板运动试验,分析早搏在运动时的变化情况,并和静止状态时做对比,来判断其性质。结果:有44例在运动时早搏减少,诊为功能性(良性)早搏,临床上未予抗心律失常药物应用;6例在运动时早搏明显增多,诊为病理性(恶性)早搏而给予了抗心律失常药物应用。结论:平板运动试验在判断早搏的性质上有较好的应用价值,可作为判断早搏性质的一个重要的辅助检查。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the properties of children with ventricular premature beats without structural heart disease and to provide basis for the clinical use of anti-arrhythmic drugs. Methods: Fifty children with ventricular premature beats were enrolled in the 12-min electrocardiogram (ECG) at rest. The treadmill exercise test was then performed to analyze the changes of premature beats during exercise and to compare with the resting state nature. Results: There were 44 cases of premature beats reduced during exercise, diagnosed as functional (benign) premature beats, and no antiarrhythmic drugs were used in clinical practice. Six cases were significantly increased in premature exercise and were diagnosed as pathological (malignant) premature beats Antiarrhythmic drug use. Conclusion: The treadmill exercise test has a good value in judging the nature of premature beats and can be used as an important auxiliary test to judge the nature of premature beats.
