我公司使用的桥式起重机卷筒组绝大多数为齿轮联接盘结构,减速机低速轴上的外齿套6与内齿盘3的安装难度很大。当两者齿部在保证啮合的同时,轴承4的外圈必须准确套入外齿套6的内孔中。现场维修受场地及其他条件限制,往往是外齿套6与轴承4稍许触碰就出现轴承外圈打转现象。这时应重新摆正才可继续安装,重复次数多,间歇时间长。为便于安装,有人曾用0000型轴承替代结构中的球面轴承,这是很危险的,因其无自动调心功能,当机构安装偏差较大时,工作中将可能引起轴承碎裂而出事故。
