中职烹饪专业培养了众多的具有中等学历的烹饪技术人才,为社会输送了一批又一批的专业人才,有力促进了我国烹饪事业的发展。目前情况下,中职学校培养的烹饪技术人才存在文化水平较低、缺乏创新能力等现象,严重制约了饮食业的发展前景。本文主要对中职烹饪专业的教学现状进行了简单的分析,并且提出了有效的对策建议。
Secondary vocational training has cultivated a large number of middle-skilled cooking technicians and sent batch after batch of professionals to the society, which has promoted the development of the cooking industry in our country. At present, the cultivation of technical personnel in secondary vocational schools there is a low level of education, lack of innovation and other phenomena, has seriously hampered the development prospects of the catering industry. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of teaching in secondary vocational education and puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions.
