方化、李景波并不具备“十七年”所想象的理想男性面孔,因此难以迈入形塑英雄的行列。他们无法凭借银幕形象将自己理想化,也无法让银幕形象与自己银幕下的社会主义新男性姿态取得一种形象上及意识形态上的共谋。他们突不破自己非工农兵主流的面孔,成为反派表演的主力;他们又难以突破成功的反面形象赋予自己的那副面具,终不能成为表征那个年代理想男性气质的男性形象。
Fang Hua, Li Jingbo does not have the “17 years ” as the ideal male face, it is difficult to enter the ranks of heroic shape. They can not idealize themselves by their screen image, nor can they obtain a figurative and ideological conspiracy of the screen image with the new socialistic male figure under their screen. They failed to break the mainstream faces of non-workers, peasants and soldiers and became the main force of the villain’s performance. They could hardly break through the mask of the negative images of success and give themselves the masks that could not become the masculine images of the ideal masculinity of that era.
