An efficient and decisive government can bring strong confidence to the people. A series of scientific and orderly work can cope with complicated and unexpected crises. A set of accurate and targeted measures can quickly stabilize the overall situation. This is an important experience that the country gained after it paid a considerable price in the fight against SARS.
