相对于过去射频识别技术(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)在制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)中的应用,RFID读卡器被固定于指定车间工位,无法进行自由移动,受车间现有环境影响较大。使用ZigBee技术,可以实现RFID数据采集设备自由移动,减少结构化布线所带来的困扰,利于生产线流水线改变和车间后续改造。改进了传统的数据采集方式,直接优化了MES系统数据采集模块,从而使整个系统更有效率。
