连杆是汽车、摩托车使用的内燃活塞发动机上的重要零件。但现在使用的是直连杆,直连杆和曲轴柄会产生静点,不利于发动机的运转。 弯连杆克服了直连杆的缺陷,可广泛应用于汽车、摩托车内燃活塞发动机上,代替原来的直连杆。该产品取得了中国专利申请号。因弯连杆是弯的,其力作用线向曲轴一边斜开一段距离(见图),既不产生静点,又增大了曲轴力矩。能增大扭矩40%左右,节省燃油30%左右。使发动机运转平稳,减少摩损,降低污染。其结构和制造工艺简单,成本低,市场大,投资少,效益高。
