采用坐标网目法对带孔杯形件成形过程进行了试验研究。试验所获应变分布表明 ,带孔杯形件在成形过程中存在拉深和翻边两种变形趋向性。在模具参数和工艺条件完全相同的情况下 ,其可能的变形趋向与孔的尺寸有关 ;在模具参数改变时 ,其变形趋向稍有变化。本文的研究结果可为带孔杯形件成形过程的变形趋向分析和变形过程控制提供依据
The coordinate mesh method was used to test the forming process of perforated cup. The strain distribution obtained in the experiment shows that there are two deformation tendencies of drawing and flanging in the forming process of the perforated cup. In the case of exactly the same mold parameters and process conditions, the possible deformation tendency is related to the size of the hole. When the mold parameters are changed, the deformation tendency tends to change slightly. The research results of this paper can provide the basis for deformation trend analysis and deformation process control of perforated cup forming process
