作者根据齐齐哈尔钢厂水平连铸机的实际情况,采用合理简化以及假设条件,建立了方坯二维水平连铸拉坯方向及初期坯壳的凝固传热数学模型,编制了通用的计算机程序。运算结果和实测值及有关研究结果取得一致,从而证明所建立的数学模型是符合实际的。通过大量计算,定量地分析了拉速和过热度对水平连铸坯凝固传热特性的影响;不同工艺参数对初期凝固壳成长及铸坯表面缺陷的影响。该数学摸型给方坯水平连铸机提供了理论计算结果,对实际生产有指导意义。
According to the actual situation of horizontal continuous caster in Qiqihar Steel Mill, the mathematical model of solidification and heat transfer of billet in two-dimensional horizontal continuous casting of billet and initial solidified shell was established by using reasonable simplification and assumptions. A general computer program was compiled. The result of the calculation is in agreement with the measured value and the related research results, which proves that the mathematical model established is in line with the actual situation. The effect of casting speed and superheat on the solidification heat transfer characteristics of horizontal billets was analyzed quantitatively. The effects of different process parameters on the growth of the initial solidified shell and the surface defects of billets were analyzed. The mathematical model gives the billet horizontal continuous casting machine provides theoretical calculations, the actual production is instructive.
