中华人民共和国和阿富汗伊斯兰共和国(以下简称双方):坚信双方全面加强睦邻友好与互利合作符合两国和两国人民的根本利益,有利于本地区和世界的和平、稳定和发展,肯定1960年签署的《中华人民共和国和阿富汗王国友好和互不侵犯条约》对深化双边关系起到了重要指导作用,确认各自根据《联合国宪章》和其他双方共同参加的国际条约所承担的义务,
Both the People’s Republic of China and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (hereinafter referred to as both parties) believe firmly that the all-round cooperation of strengthening good-neighborliness, friendship and mutual benefit is in the fundamental interests of the two countries and their peoples and conducive to peace, stability and development in the region and the world. The Treaty of Friendship and Non-aggression between the People’s Republic of China and the Kingdom of Afghanistan has played an important guiding role in deepening bilateral relations and has recognized each one’s obligations under the UN Charter and other international treaties to which both parties participate together.
