从健康辣椒体中分离得到3株植物内生放线菌。利用插片法和埋片法对其形态特征进行了观察,并且通过对3株植物内生放线菌的对峙培养和抗菌谱测定得到具有生防潜力的菌株Lj20,对其进一步采用明胶液化、牛奶凝固和胨化、淀粉水解和产纤维素酶能力等方法进行鉴定。结果表明:Lj20及其发酵液对11种病原菌均有明显的拮抗作用,其中Lj20的发酵液对向日葵菌核病的菌丝生长抑制率高达88.2%;初步鉴定Lj20属于金色链霉菌抗异亮氨酸变种(S.aureusvar.antiisoleucicusWangetal.)。
Three plant endophytic actinomycetes were isolated from healthy capsicum. Morphological characteristics were observed by using plugging method and embedding method. The strain Lj20 with biocontrol potential was obtained by confrontation culture and antibacterial spectrum of endophytic actinomycetes from three plants. The strain Lj20 was further treated with gelatin liquefaction, Milk coagulation and peptonization, starch hydrolysis and cellulase production capacity were identified. The results showed that: Lj20 and its fermentation broth of 11 pathogenic bacteria were significantly antagonistic effect, of which Lj20 fermentation broth of sunflower sclerotinia mycelium growth inhibition rate was as high as 88.2%; preliminary identification of Lj20 belong to Streptomyces aureus anti-Iso-ammonia Acid variant (S. aureus var. AntiisoleucicusWangetal.).
