随着近年来我国天然气汽车产业的迅猛发展,越来越多的LNG加气站投入运营使用,放散管出现变形甚至损坏的问题时有发生,给LNG加气站的生产运营带来一定安全隐患。文章从设计角度出发,针对LNG加气站放散管材质选择问题进行分析研究,解决LNG加气站实际运营过程中放散管变形、损坏的问题。
With the rapid development of China’s natural gas automotive industry in recent years, more and more LNG filling stations are put into operation. The problems of deformation and even damage of discharge pipes occur from time to time, posing some potential safety hazard to the production and operation of LNG filling stations . From the perspective of design, this paper analyzes and studies the material selection of the emanation tube for LNG filling station to solve the problem of the deformation and damage of the emanation tube during the actual operation of the LNG filling station.
