为保证已经登记注册的传销企业能健康发展,广州市工商局近期对传销企业提出了如下10条规范和要求: 1.严格遵守《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》、《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》以及有关的国家法律、法规,依法开展经营活动。 2.严格依照工商行政管理机关核定的经营范围、经营区域进行经营活动。 3.自觉接受工商行政管理部门、税务部门等有关政府部门的监督管理。
In order to ensure the healthy development of registered MLM enterprises, Guangzhou Municipal Administration of Industry and Commerce recently proposed to MLM enterprises the following 10 norms and requirements: 1. Strictly abide by the “Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China,” “Consumers of the People’s Republic of China Rights and Interests Protection Law ”and the relevant national laws and regulations, according to the law to carry out business activities. 2. Strictly in accordance with the business scope approved by the administrative department for industry and commerce and the business area. 3. Consciously accept the supervision and administration of relevant government departments such as the administrative departments for industry and commerce, tax departments and so on.
