软岩地层大断面切眼支护是巷道支护中的主要难题之一,在灵东矿切眼支护中遇到了围岩顶板软弱,传统锚网支护方式难以满足围岩稳定的问题。采用巷道围岩卸压与及时支护的原则,结合围岩压力发展过程与支护阻力发展过程合理协调的原理,通过改进传统的支护方式,设计了长短锚杆结合的支护方案。2 700 mm的长锚杆和2 200 mm的短锚杆分别形成相间且大小不同的压力拱,在围岩压力增大的过程中,短锚杆形成的压力拱首先变形释放部分围岩压力,而后长锚杆形成的压力拱承受的压力逐步增加,形成了大、小压力拱共同承担围岩压力的状况。这种支护设计方式协调了长、短锚杆形成压力拱承受荷载的比例,充分发挥了两种锚杆的支护作用。实践证明:是一种合理的支护设计方式,可以在类似条件的切眼巷道中推广使用。

In roof cutting of Lingdong Mine, the roof of the surrounding rock is weak, and the traditional bolting support method can not meet the stability of surrounding rock. The principles of pressure relief and timely support of roadway surrounding rock are adopted. Based on the principle of reasonable coordination between the development process of surrounding rock pressure and the development of support resistance, the support scheme of combined length and length bolts is designed by improving the traditional support method. When the pressure of surrounding rock increases, the pressure arch formed by short bolt will be deformed to release part of the pressure of surrounding rock at first, The pressure arch formed by the long anchor rod then gradually increases in pressure and forms the condition that the large and small pressure archs bear the pressure of surrounding rock together. This kind of support design coordinates the proportion of the long and short anchor bars that the pressure arch can bear the load and gives full play to the support function of the two kinds of anchors. Practice has proved that: It is a reasonable support design method, which can be used in cutting tunnel with similar conditions.
