浙江省吴兴县南潯地区为丝虫病流行区,当地人民普遍患有丝虫性淋巴管炎(以下简称流火),且不少患者已进入晚期象皮肿阶段,严重地影响生产。为了进一步探讨流火和象皮肿的发病机制以寻求控制流火复发和治疗象皮肿的有效方法,兹就1960年3～5月间南潯地区580例流火患者的资料,包括单纯流火者378例及伴象皮肿者202例,进行如下的分析。 Wulixian County, Zhejiang Province, Nanxun area for the endemic area of ​​filariasis, the prevalence of filarial lymphadenitis (hereinafter referred to as flow fire), and many patients have entered the stage of advanced elephantiasis, seriously affecting the production.
