针对平衡轴壳体采用普通砂型铸造时,型芯复杂、型腔成形难度大的问题,介绍了平衡轴壳体消失模铸造研制经验,提出了消失模铸造平衡轴壳体的造型工艺、铸造工艺和浇注工艺等主要工艺参数。通过对消失模铸造工艺参数的设计和优化,生产的平衡轴壳体铸件,表面光洁度好、尺寸精度高、废品率较砂型铸造明显降低,经综合性能检验,铸件质量满足用户要求。
