变换器型晶体管脉冲调宽式稳压电源,以其特有的优点而受到普遍重视和广泛应用。由于国产大功率开关管速度较低,影响到变换器工作频率和效率提高,往往要采用强制反偏驱动来补救。实现反偏驱动的方法很多,但线路大都比较复杂。利用变压器耦合单极性驱动线路实现反偏驱动,可使线路简化而收到相当好的效果。本文对二种常见的变压器耦合单极性驱动线路作了分析,并对其反冲的能量进行了分析和实验验证,同时提出了设计中要考虑的一些问题。
Converter transistor pulse width modulated power supply, with its unique advantages and widespread attention and widely used. As the domestic high-power switch speed is low, affecting the converter frequency and efficiency, often to force the use of reverse bias drive to remedy. There are many ways to achieve reverse bias drive, but most of the lines are more complicated. The use of transformer coupled unipolar drive line to achieve reverse bias drive, the line can be simplified and received very good results. In this paper, two kinds of common uniaxial transformer driving circuit are analyzed, and the energy of the recoil is analyzed and verified. At the same time, some problems to be considered in the design are put forward.
