我国正在规划在今后20～30年修建庞大的“7918”高速公路网,现已修建约3.5万公里,再修建4.5万公路高速公路,总投资规模约2.1万亿元,建成“7918”高速公路网后总里程可达8万多公里。即在未来20年里,一个类似三峡工程规模的高速公路建设工程仍持续较快发展。对高速公路项目的建设投资决策首先取决于交通量的准确预测,本文将就如何准确预测交通量进行讨论,以促进高速公路投资更科学合理。——作者
