本文通过对预应力混凝土吊车梁的系统试验和有限元法的分析,论述了等截面吊车梁在使用阶段的内应力分布规律,指出了现行规范应用于等截面薄腹构件斜截面抗裂计算方法中的问题,进而在试验和理论分析的基础上,提出了简捷实用的设计方法。本文建议的方法,计算简便、概念明确,与现行规范方法相比,在一般情况下可使等截面吊车梁设计节约材料用量。
In this paper, through the system test and finite element analysis of prestressed concrete crane girder, the distribution law of internal stress of the crane beam with uniform cross-section is discussed, and the calculation method of oblique section anti-crack for equal-section thin-walled member is pointed out. The problems in the above, and then based on the experimental and theoretical analysis, put forward a simple and practical design method. The method proposed in this paper has the advantages of simple calculation and clear concept. Compared with the current standard methods, under normal circumstances, it can save the amount of material used in the design of constant-section crane beams.
