以南方某水厂叠合式反应沉淀清水池的工艺设计为例,介绍和分析了该池型的主要设计图纸、设计参数、进出口布置、上层反应沉淀池排泥及放空、下层清水池通气与检修等。该叠合式反应沉淀清水池运行后,进水量达到了设计水量,出水水质稳定可靠,实现了节省占地、优化设计的预期目的,能为同行业相关设计提供借鉴和参考。
Taking the process design of superposition reaction sedimentation tank in a water plant in southern China as an example, the main design drawings, design parameters, import and export arrangement, sludge discharge and venting of upper sedimentation tank, aeration of lower clear water tank and Maintenance and so on. After the superposition sedimentation tank is operated, the water inflow reaches the design water volume, the effluent water quality is stable and reliable, the purpose of saving the land and optimizing the design is realized, and the reference can be provided for the design related to the industry.
