南昌市胜利区井头巷民办小学是一所红旗小学。这个学校从1957年创办以来,由于能够认真贯彻执行党的两条腿走路的办学方针,坚持勤俭办校的原则,依靠全体师生和家长的大力支持,使学校从小到大,从创办时的三个班、一百二十名学生和五位教师,逐步发展到今天这样的规模,成了有九个班、四百七十一名学生和十三位教师的完全小学,教学质量不断得到提高。几年来,这所学校连续被评为市的先进单位,多次受到区和公社的表扬。
