以线虫为模型研究瑞香素对线虫生物学功能的影响。结果发现:瑞香素对线虫的寿命影响存在剂量依赖性,瑞香素质量浓度为300μg/mL和500μg/mL的2个剂量组培养线虫,其寿命均有一定的缩短,其中500μg/mL组缩短的更为明显,而且F2代线虫的寿命缩短率高于F1代,说明瑞香素对于线虫毒性有累加作用。同时还发现此2组线虫均有发育异常的现象,且表现出具有浓度依赖性,随着瑞香素浓度的升高,异常发育的线虫数目也增加,而且F1代线虫发育异常的比例高于F2代,说明这种异常发育与遗传和毒性累积无关。“,”Using C .elegans as model,the effects of daphnetin on biological functions of C .elegans were studied .The results showed that the effects of daphnetin on lifespan of C .elegans were dose-de-pendent.In 300μg/mL and 500μg/mL cultured C .elegans,the lifespan was both shortened,in 500μg/mL group,the shortening effect was more obvious,and the shortening rate of F2 generation was higher than that of F1 generation,indicating that toxicity of daphnetin to C .elegans was accumulative . The results also showed that worms of both groups had abnormal development and they were concentration-dependent .With the increase of daphnetin concentration,the number of abnormally developed C .ele-gans increased,and proportion of abnormal development of F1 generation was higher than that of F2 gener-ation,indicating that abnormal development was not related to heredity or toxicity accumulation .
