2.坡耕地的治理和利用 修梯田:5°～20°坡耕地要修水平梯田或过渡梯田。据铁岭地区水土保持站测定,一次降雨后,水平梯田的土壤含水率比同样条件下的坡耕地高10％以上。在小雨或降雨强度较小的情况下,水平梯田几乎不产生地表径流。10°坡耕地平均每年耕作层土层厚度减少0.1厘米,而相同条件下的水平梯田没有土壤流失。梯田除了有保水、保土和保肥的优点外,还有春季地温回升快的特点,在梯田上种植农作物,播种期可提前3～4天。由于梯田能为农作物创造一个良好的水、肥、气、热环境,所以其增产幅度较大,一般都在30％以上。
