ZIF-8是一种具有热稳定性和化学稳定性的金属有框架材料,同时其又具有一定的疏水性,基于这种特性本文采用溶剂热的方法,在铝合金表面制备了ZIF-8膜,使用X-射线衍射和扫描电镜对膜的结构和表观形貌进行了表征,通过测量膜表面的接触角证实其具有疏水性。在1 mol/L的NaCl溶液中进行了电化学测试,其中动电位极化测试结果表明ZIF-8膜能够降低铝合金在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀电流密度,提高其腐蚀电位,通过交流阻抗谱分析可知ZIF-8膜的修饰能够提高铝合金的耐腐蚀性能。
ZIF-8 is a kind of metal frame material with thermal stability and chemical stability, and at the same time, it has certain hydrophobicity. Based on this characteristic, ZIF-8 film is prepared on the surface of aluminum alloy by solvothermal method The structure and morphology of the membrane were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The membrane surface was confirmed to be hydrophobic by measuring its contact angle. Electrochemical tests were carried out in 1 mol / L NaCl solution. The results of potentiodynamic polarization show that the ZIF-8 film can reduce the corrosion current density of the aluminum alloy in NaCl solution and increase the corrosion potential. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy It can be seen that the modification of ZIF-8 film can improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.
