目的探讨妈富隆联合妥塞敏治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的效果,以供临床参考。方法将我院2009年10月-2011年8月收治的86例青春期功能失调性子宫出血的患者随机分为两组。对照组给予妈富隆治疗,实验组患者给予妈富隆联合妥塞敏治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果实验组总有效率为93.02%(40/43),优于对照组总的83.72%(36/43),P<0.05;实验组止血时间更快,妈富隆使用时间短,与对照组患者比较有显著差异,P<0.05;实验组不良反应发生率为27.90%,对照组不良反应发生率为25.58%,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用妈富隆与妥塞敏联合应用治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血具有较好的临床效果,且不良反应和单纯使用妈富隆并无明显差异,值得在临床应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Marvelon combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding for clinical reference. Methods 86 cases of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from October 2009 to August 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Marvelon treatment, and the experimental group was treated with Marvelon combined with dexamethasone. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. The experimental group had faster hemostasis, shorter use of Marvelon, The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of Marvelon and Vetamine in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has a good clinical effect, and the adverse reactions and simple use of Marvelon no significant difference, it is worth in clinical application.
