为了深入了解乳腺癌患者术后辅助化疗是否宜行,以及对患者社会心理学方面有无深刻影响,本文对50例Ⅱ期乳腺癌根治手术后行辅助性化疗者进行细致的访问调查,内容涉及家庭及婚姻关系、性生活、经济状况、日常生活及工作等五个方面。结果发现她们中无一不发生五方面中一种或数种受到影响。有的在化疗期内出现某些中毒作用,如疲乏、恶心、易激动,脱发,食欲减退等。有的出现生活反常,如不能上班,家庭生活离轨,乃至精神情绪变化等。所有上述不良反应与患者年龄、婚姻、职业以及同居人口等等均无任何关系。以化疗的第二轮出现最多(每四周为一轮)。精神心理上的变态与身体实际反应的轻重并不相符。有少数病人反应并不严重,但却自感分外痛苦和反常。尽管如此,患者中60%声称以能接受辅助化疗而
In order to know more about whether postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy should be performed in patients with breast cancer and whether there is any profound impact on the patients’psychological psychology, we conducted a detailed interview survey on 50 patients with adjuvant chemotherapy after radical surgery for stage Ⅱ breast cancer, Family and marital relations, sexual life, economic conditions, daily life and work in five areas. As a result, one or more of these five aspects were found to affect one or both of them. Some during the chemotherapy there are some toxic effects, such as fatigue, nausea, irritability, hair loss, loss of appetite and so on. Some appear abnormal life, such as can not go to work, family life derailed, and even mental and emotional changes. All the above adverse reactions have no relation with the patient’s age, marriage, occupation, cohabitation and so on. The second round of chemotherapy appears the most (every four weeks for a round). Psychopathological abnormalities do not correspond with the actual reactions of the body.
