目的 :探讨经颅多普勒超声 (TCD)在诊断蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH)后脑血管痉挛 (CVS)中的作用。方法 :总结我科 1992年以来 30例 SAH病人的 TCD检测结果。结果 :颅内血管血流速度明显增高 ,迟发性缺血性神经功能缺损(DID)发生的比率增加。结论 :TCD测定颅内血管的血流速度和 PI值对于早期诊断 SAH后 CVS,预防 DID是很有帮助的
Objective: To investigate the role of transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) in the diagnosis of cerebral vasospasm (CVS) after subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods: TCD results of 30 SAH patients in our department since 1992 were summarized. Results: The intracranial blood flow velocity was significantly increased, and the rate of delayed ischemic neurological deficit (DID) increased. Conclusion: The determination of blood flow velocity and PI value of intracranial blood vessels by TCD is very helpful for the early diagnosis of CVS and prevention of DID after SAH
