在多聚磷酸介质中 ,高锰酸钾 (2 )可氧化吡哌酸 (1)产生化学发光 ,而连二亚硫酸钠 (3)能增强反应的发光强度。据此建立了 2 - 3- 1化学发光体系测定 1含量的流动注射化学发光新方法。其检出限可达 3.3× 10 - 6g/ L,1在 1× 10 - 5~ 1× 10 - 2 g/ L浓度范围内与化学发光强度呈良好的线性关系。对 1× 10 - 3 g/ L 1进行 11次平行测定 ,RSD为 1.3%。方法用于 1片剂及胶囊剂的含量测定 ,结果与药典方法相吻合。
In polyphosphoric acid medium, potassium permanganate oxidizes pipemidic acid (1) to produce chemiluminescence, while sodium dithionite (3) enhances the luminescence intensity of the reaction. Based on this, a new flow-injection chemiluminescence method for the determination of 1 in 2 - 3 - 1 chemiluminescence system was established.
