选择铝作为填充材料,研究了表面微弧氧化对铝和不锈钢界面扩散行为的影响。结果显示:在610℃时,30μm厚的微弧氧化保护层可以有效阻止Al向不锈钢中扩散,且Al2O3微弧氧化层本身不会与Al基体或不锈钢发生反应。
The effect of surface micro-arc oxidation on the interfacial diffusion of aluminum and stainless steel was investigated by using aluminum as filler. The results show that at 610 ℃, the micro-arc oxidation protective layer with a thickness of 30μm can effectively prevent the Al from diffusing into the stainless steel, and the Al2O3 micro-arc oxidation layer itself does not react with the Al matrix or the stainless steel.
