某飞机发动机静子叶片GH2132合金,其锻件在理化检测时多次发现屈服强度不合格。为查明原因,分析了成分、热处理、取样位置、锻压及补充时效对试样组织和性能的影响。找到了屈服强度的主要影响因素和工艺环节,并对不合格锻件采用有效的补充时效处理,可以获得较高的力学性能,实现优质GH2132合金叶片锻件屈服强度一次达标率高于90%,彻底解决屈服性能不合格的问题,从而降低重复热处理和检测所造成的成本及制造周期的浪费。
