本文介绍二则管路维修小窍门。一、铁垫补间隙遇直径65mm 以上的阀门,常有结构长度较原阀门短的现象。可自制铁垫,它的外径不得大于法兰螺栓孔,而内径与原阀门内径相同,其厚度为20～40mm,如右图所示。停水后,拆下坏阀门,再装上新阀门一侧法兰,经找正以后,将另一侧法兰下部穿两条长螺栓,装入铁垫并在其两测分别加垫,穿进其余螺栓,对称均匀拧紧后即可
This article describes two pipeline maintenance tips. After stopping the water, remove the bad valve, and then install the flange on the new valve side. After correcting, insert the two long bolts on the lower side of the other side flange into the iron pad and padded them in the two measurements. Wear the remaining bolts and tighten them symmetrically and evenly.
