2010年11月13日,由中国土木工程学会建筑市场与招标投标研究分会与商务部国际官员研修学院共同举办的“中葡工程建设招标投标研讨会”在京举行,百余位国内外负责工程建设的领导、官员与嘉宾共聚一堂,研讨了当前我国、发展中国家以及国际范围内工程建设招标投标的改革与发展,为各国的学者与专家提供一个建立联系和交流学习的机会。
On November 13, 2010, “Seminar on Tendering and Bidding for Construction of Sino-Portuguese Project” jointly organized by China Civil Engineering Society Building Market and Bidding Research Branch and International Institute of Training and Research, Ministry of Commerce was held in Beijing. Over one hundred people are responsible at home and abroad The leaders of construction, officials and guests came together to discuss the reform and development of current tendering and tendering in engineering construction in China, developing countries and other countries, and provide scholars and experts in various countries with an opportunity to establish contacts and exchange learning.
