原阳县城南引黄调蓄工程属韩董庄灌区,从柳园引水渠引入黄河水。工程建成后,改善灌区灌溉保证率,恢复一干渠下游有效灌溉面积0.15万hm2,改善灌区下游用水条件面积0.77万hm2,将为韩董庄灌区社会经济的平稳发展提供支撑,保障原阳粮食生产核心区的加速建成。同时为城镇生态景观水系建设奠定基础。根据灌区灌溉供水调节需要,考虑地形、水文地质条件和灌溉供水要求,保证灌区灌溉,同时与灌区供水调节相结合,通过蓄供水水量平衡调节计算、用水合理性分析、防洪调节计算及蓄水池调度运用方式,确定调蓄池工程规模和工程特性。
