本文以实地采录的庭审录音转写材料为语料,从话语理解的角度研究了法官主持庭审的语言中对他人话语的言语反应。首先,从会话结构上对法官与庭审其他参与人的言语交际中的言语反应进行了形式化描写;接着,从话语理解角度解释法官庭审中的言语反应;在此过程中,提出了法官关于庭审言语事件的心理图式,并指出基于图式的话语理解可以全面解释法官对他人话语所作出的言语反应;最后,讨论了这一个模式的理论解释力。
Based on the transcripts of court auditions recorded in the field, this essay studies the verbal reactions to the discourse of others in the courtroom presidential trial from the perspective of discourse comprehension. First of all, from the structure of the conversation, the verbal reactions in the verbal communication between the judge and other participants in the trial are formally described. Secondly, the verbal reaction in the court trial is explained from the perspective of utterance comprehension. In the process, And points out that the schema-based discourse comprehension can fully explain the verbal reaction of judges to other discourse. Finally, the theoretical explanatory power of this mode is discussed.
