目的了解新疆和田地区60岁以上老人的健康长寿与血清中元素含量的关系。方法采用分层整群抽样法对和田地区的60岁以上老人进行问卷调查及体格检查,测量采集的血清样品元素含量。结果 (1)不同性别老人在身高、体质量、胸围、腹围、肩胛骨下脂肪厚度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三角肌下脂肪厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同县老人腹围差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),身高、体质量、胸围、三角肌下脂肪厚度和肩胛骨下脂肪厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)不同性别老人血清中Pb、Co、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Se、As8种元素差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同县老人血清中Cu、Fe元素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Pb、Co、Zn、Mn、Se、As元素差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和田地区老人的健康长寿的与血清中的Cu、Fe元素含量有关。
Objective To understand the relationship between the health and longevity of over 60-year-olds and the serum elemental content in Hetian area. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire survey and physical examination on the elderly over 60 years old in Hetian area, and the content of serum elements in the collected samples was measured. Results (1) There was significant difference in height, body mass, chest circumference, abdominal circumference and scapula fat thickness between different genders (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the hypodermis fat thickness between different genders (P> 0.05) The abdominal circumference of the elderly in the county was significantly different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in height, body weight, chest circumference, deltoid fat thickness and the thickness of the subcapital fat (P> 0.05). (2) There were no significant differences in the contents of Pb, Co, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, Se and As in the sera of different sexes (P> 0.05) (P <0.05), while the contents of Pb, Co, Zn, Mn, Se and As showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The health and longevity of the elderly in Wada are related to the content of Cu and Fe in serum.
