急诊科是抢救急危重症患者及处理各种突发事件的主要场所,属于高风险科室。由于工作环境及服务对象的复杂与特殊性,急诊科的孕期护士不得不承担节奏快、任务重、劳动强度大的工作,而且在工作中还会受到多种职业危害的威胁,若不注意个人防护和防护不当,会造成各种不同的职业性损伤。为保障急诊科孕期护士的身体健康,作者对急诊科孕期护士接触的多种职业危害因素进行综述分析,以增强其职业防护意识,减少职业危害的发生。
The emergency department is the main site for emergency treatment of critically ill patients and handling various emergencies and is a high-risk department. Due to the complexity and particularity of the work environment and the clients, the pregnant nurses in emergency department have to undertake the tasks of fast paced, heavy tasks and heavy labor intensity, and they are also threatened with many occupational hazards in their work. Improper protection and protection can cause a variety of occupational injuries. In order to protect the health of nurses in the emergency department during pregnancy, the author summarizes the various occupational hazards exposed to the nurses in the emergency department in order to enhance their occupational protection awareness and reduce occupational hazards.
