酒精能引起肝脏的损害是人所共知的,西欧和北美极为重视,由于大量饮酒所导致慢性肝炎、肝硬化急剧增加这一事实,在那里80~90%的肝硬化为酒精性肝硬化,纽约酒精性肝病占35~55岁死因第三位。国人饮酒量虽较欧美为较少,不如西方发病率高,但由于酒所造成肝病者也并非少见,这主要与饮酒的历史长短、频度、酒量的大小、个体的易感性以及与遗传因素有关。我院消化科近五年来收治病人中,有35例诊断为酒精性肝病。现报告如下:
