报道了 (丙烯酰胺 /马来酸 )共聚物与多聚甲醛及亚硫酸氢钠水溶液反应 ,合成磺甲基化 (丙烯酰胺 /马来酸 )共聚物的研究结果。用红外光谱作了结构表征 ,研究了磺化共聚物水溶液的流变性 ,评价了它对膨润土泥浆性能的影响。试验表明 ,该磺甲基化共聚物用作钻井泥浆降失水剂处理膨润土淡水泥浆、盐水 (含Na Cl 4 % )泥浆或饱和盐水泥浆都能显著地降低失水量 ,例如 ,按 2 .5%添加量处理的膨润土盐水泥浆经1 80℃静态老化 1 6h后 ,泥浆的失水量保持在 1 4 m L以下
Reported (acrylamide / maleic acid) copolymer with paraformaldehyde and sodium bisulfite aqueous solution, the synthesis of sulfomethylated (acrylamide / maleic acid) copolymer research results. The structure of sulfonated copolymer was studied by FT - IR. The rheological properties of sulfonated copolymer aqueous solution were studied. Experiments show that the sulfomethylated copolymer can be used as drilling mud fluid loss agent to treat bentonite freshwater slurry. Saltwater (including Na Cl 4%) mud or saturated salt mud can significantly reduce the water loss.
