陶庄矿随着生产水平及安全质量要求的提高,目前使用的最大风机(70B_2—21—24~#风机,电动机为570瓩、740转/分)已不能满足要求。按该风机产品样本介绍的性能,工作制度为静压力360毫米水柱、风量6000米地~3/分、静效率0.65,故电机负荷为544瓩。由于风机启动性能不好,故570瓩电机不能满足启动要求。经对该风机进行深入调查研究后认为:从风机本身看,网路只是外因,本机是内因,外因通过内因起作用。如果风机效率低,无论怎样花费气力调整网路,通风费用仍有较大浪费。目前在东风井使用的70B_2—21—18~#风机,风量只有4300米~3/分,但负荷已达到520瓩就是个证明。由于风机
