限制蛋白、磷摄入、降低系统或肾内动脉压已被证明可延缓某些肾功能衰竭的进程。本文回顾性研究了86例不同病因的肾功能不全患者,抗高血压治疗对肾功能下降速度的影响. 作者选择了1982—1987年在DurnamVA医疗中心最终接受透析治疗的慢性肾功能不全患者86例。根据其舒张压的高低分为四组;Ⅰ:Bp80±1mmHg;Ⅱ:88±1mmHg;Ⅲ:93±1mmHg;Ⅳ.101±1mmHg。用单位时间内1/cr值斜率表示肾功能下降
