目的考察ZTC 1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂用于夏芩颗粒提取澄清工艺中的澄清效果。方法实验选用ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂对夏芩颗粒水提取液进行纯化,确定澄清剂两组分A与B的加入顺序和两组份的比例关系,并采用正交试验考察澄清剂的加入量,加入时药液浓度、加入时水浴温度等因素的使用条件。结果确定ZTC1+1Ⅱ型天然澄清剂在夏芩颗粒剂水提取液澄清工艺中的最佳使用条件为:先加入B组分后加入A组分,A与B配比为1∶2,A与B的加入量分别为5%和10%,加入时药液浓度为1∶10,水浴温度为60℃。结论在该条件下夏芩颗粒水提取液可达到理想的澄清效果。
Objective To investigate the clarification effect of ZTC 1 + 1 type natural clarifying agent in the clarification process of Xiaqin granules. Methods ZTC1 + 1 natural clarifying agent was used to purify the aqueous extract from Xiaqin Granules. The order of addition of two components A and B and the proportion of the two components were determined. The orthogonal test was used to investigate the addition of clarifying agent Volume, when adding liquid concentration, when adding water bath temperature and other factors of use conditions. Results The optimum conditions of ZTC1 + 1 type natural clarifying agent in the clarification process of Xiaqin Granule aqueous extract were as follows: firstly adding component B and then adding component A, the ratio of A to B was 1: 2, A and B were added at 5% and 10%, respectively, when added to the concentration of liquid 1:10, water bath temperature of 60 ℃. Conclusion Under this condition, the water extract of summer root extract can achieve the desired effect of clarification.
