在所有竞技类体育运动中核心力量训练占有一定比重,核心力量有助于提高专项成绩。本文针对田径投掷类项目的核心力量训练,整合并归纳了核心训练在投掷类运动中的意义、特征和合理的安排。
In all athletics sports core strength training occupy a certain proportion, the core forces help to improve the special performance. In this paper, we focus on the core strength training of track and field throwing projects, and integrate and summarize the significance, characteristics and reasonable arrangements of core training in throwing sports.
