当我们一谈到现代图书馆时,便马上会联想到:宏伟壮观的图书馆大楼;令人眼花缭乱的现代化技术设备;藏有大量历史性的和现代化的取之不尽、用之不竭的图书情报资料。但一涉及到人员结构这一敏感区时,便马上会令人感到困惑不解。有的领导人,将文化素质和专业素质相差十分悬殊的不同层次的人,同时塞到图书馆来,似乎图书馆的工作谁干都一样,谁都能干了。我认为这是一种陈旧落后的办馆观念。须知没有图书馆的现代化人才,就不会有现代化的图书馆。因为图书馆的现代化,除了要有现代化
