学习苏联,推行苏联先进经验,这是我们一项长期的政治任务。几年来,我们在这方面已取得了一些成绩,特别是一九五四年局指定推广了各个专业系统中具有决定性的先进经验以来,大部分厂矿都取得较之以往更为显著的成绩。但是必须指出,盲目自满,不认真甚至不执行苏联专家建议的情况,在我们的厂矿里仍然是在不同的程度上存在着。本期发表的本溪钢铁公司耐火材料厂试制焦炉硅砖就是一个比较典型的例子;相反的,天津钢铁四分厂由于认真学习和贯彻执行了苏联专家在轧钢机上改装胶木轴瓦的建议,产品数量和质量获得很大提高,仅四分厂全年即可增产节约二百零六亿的财富。通过这两个实例,我们可以更清楚的认识到苏联先进经验的优越性,同时也进一步认识到保守自满的思想是认真学习苏联、推行艻联先进经验的一个严重阻碍,应当引起各厂矿的注意。另外,天津厂在推行专家建议时,充分考虑了本厂具体情况逐步贯彻的作法也是可供各厂矿参考的。
