目的:建立以气相色谱法测定莲菊感冒胶囊中正己烷、苯和甲苯等16种残留有机溶剂的方法。方法:采用内标法直接进样,色谱柱为AT-624大口径毛细管柱(0.53 mm×30 m,3μm),检测器为FID,载气为氮气,二氯甲烷为溶解介质,醋酸丁酯为内标。结果:正己烷、苯、甲苯、乙苯、间二甲苯、苯乙烯、异丙苯、正癸烷、正丁基苯、十一烷、二乙烯苯、十二烷、萘、十三烷、十四烷和十五烷在1~32 mg.L-1,苯在0.2~6.4 mg.L-1均呈现良好的线性关系(r≥0.998 4)。平均回收率在87.2%~116.9%,RSD≤10%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、准确、灵敏度高,适用于莲菊感冒胶囊中16种残留溶剂的同时检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 16 kinds of residual organic solvents such as n-hexane, benzene and toluene in Lianju cold capsule by gas chromatography. Methods: The internal standard method was used for direct injection. The column was AT-624 large-diameter capillary column (0.53 mm × 30 m, 3 μm), the detector was FID, the carrier gas was nitrogen and dichloromethane was used as the dissolution medium. As an internal standard. Results: n-hexane, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, m-xylene, styrene, cumene, n-decane, n-butylbenzene, undecane, divinylbenzene, dodecane, Tetradecane and pentadecane showed a good linear relationship (r ≥ 0.998 4) at 1 ~ 32 mg · L -1 and benzene at 0.2 ~ 6.4 mg · L -1. The average recoveries ranged from 87.2% to 116.9% with RSD ≤ 10% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and suitable for the simultaneous determination of 16 residual solvents in Lianju cold capsule.
