为探讨由黄芪、当归、川芎等补肾活血药组成的中药健胎液防治胎儿宫内发育迟缓的作用机理,本研究采用被动吸烟法建立胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)动物模型,运用蛋白质SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法检测正常对照组、胎儿宫内发育迟缓组(IUGR组)、IUGR加健胎液组(用药组)孕鼠红细胞膜—骨架成份变化,并以胎鼠平均出生体重变化作疗效评价。结果与IUGR组相比,用药组胎鼠平均出生体重增加(P<0.01),孕鼠红细胞膜—骨架带3蛋白含量升高(P<0.01),高分子聚合物含量降低,而用药组以上各指标与正常组相比均无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。结论认为胎儿宫内发育迟缓的发生与胎盘微循环障碍密切相关,健胎液能够保护红细胞膜—骨架,维持红细胞正常形态、结构和功能,改善胎盘微循环,进而有防治胎儿宫内发育迟缓的作用。其保护机制可能与抗氧自由基对红细胞的损伤有关

CONCLUSIONS: The occurrence of intrauterine growth retardation is closely related to placental microcirculatory disturbance. Kintaitonin can protect the red blood cell membrane-skeleton, maintain the normal morphology, structure and function of red blood cells, improve placental microcirculation, and then prevent and treat fetal intrauterine growth retardation. effect.
