应用3个抗性回归模型对30份野生稻材料的褐飞虱和白叶枯病抗性进行了分析,并与田间接种鉴定结果进行比较,结果表明,大部分野生稻材料对褐飞虱和白叶枯病的抗性用模型拟合的结果与接种鉴定结果基本相符;从拟合结果看,供试野生稻材料中,60%抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ,80%抗褐飞虱孟加拉型,73.3%抗白叶枯病,其中W089东乡普通野生稻、W001佛冈普通野生稻、药用野生稻、长雄蕊野生稻、宽叶野生稻、小粒野生稻等同时抗褐飞虱生物型Ⅱ和孟加拉型以及白叶枯病。
Three resistance regression models were used to analyze the resistance to BPH and bacterial leaf blight in 30 wild rice cultivars. The results were compared with the results of field inoculation tests.
