目的:根据直接数字成像系统在口腔科的应用情况,进行回顾性分析,评价其质量等级。方法:应用Trophy elitys RVG口腔数字成像系统检查1195例患者,包括龋病、牙周病、根尖周病、牙外伤及牙发育异常等疾病,对成像质量进行4级评估。结果:口腔数字成像系统操作简便,方便保存,X线成像所需放射剂量明显减少;共供摄取牙片1587张,其中Ⅰ级(优良)占92.3%,Ⅱ级(欠佳)占6.3%,Ⅲ级(勉强可进行临床诊断)和Ⅳ级(无法进行临床诊断)合计为1.14%。结论:获得的不同牙位和不同的图像质量基本优良,可以满足临床诊断要求,但尚需改进影像感受器性能,以提高摄片质量。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct a retrospective analysis and evaluate its quality level according to the application of direct digital imaging system in dentistry. Methods: A total of 1195 patients, including dental caries, periodontal disease, periapical periodontitis, tooth trauma and tooth development abnormalities, were examined with Trophy elitys RVG oral digital imaging system. Results: The oral digital imaging system was simple and convenient to store, and the radiological dose required for X-ray imaging was significantly reduced. A total of 1587 dental slices were taken, of which grade Ⅰ (excellent) accounted for 92.3%, grade Ⅱ (poor) accounted for 6.3% Grade III (barely available for clinical diagnosis) and grade IV (not available for clinical diagnosis) totaled 1.14%. Conclusion: Different teeth and different image quality are basically good, which can meet the needs of clinical diagnosis. However, the performance of image receptor needs to be improved to improve the quality of radiography.
